This Privacy Policy explains how TourWhisper, LLC collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use the TourWhisper website, mobile experience, audio guides, digital content, accounts, purchases, location-based features, reviews, communications, and related services.

By using TourWhisper, creating an account, purchasing an experience, accessing audio content, submitting a review, contacting us, or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that we may collect and use information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Our Privacy Promise

TourWhisper does not sell your personal information.

We do not rent, trade, or provide your personal information to data brokers. We use personal information to provide, protect, improve, and personalize TourWhisper — not to sell people’s data.

TourWhisper provides personalized self-guided audio experiences designed to help visitors explore meaningful places at their own pace. Our services may include audio narration, route suggestions, stop-by-stop guidance, maps, images, transcripts, language options, experience styles, accessibility-supportive features, recommendations, reviews, and related digital content.

Because TourWhisper is an early-stage service, some features may change over time. If we add new features that involve new ways of collecting or using personal information, we may update this Privacy Policy.

3. What TourWhisper Does Not Do

TourWhisper does not sell your personal information.

TourWhisper does not rent or trade your personal information.

TourWhisper does not provide your personal information to data brokers.

TourWhisper does not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing unless we clearly disclose that practice and, where required, ask for your permission.

TourWhisper does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

TourWhisper does not use precise location information to track users across unrelated apps, websites, or services.

TourWhisper does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

TourWhisper does not store full credit card numbers on its own systems.

If you sign up for TourWhisper updates, newsletters, launch announcements, offers, or marketing communications, we may use your email address or other contact information to send those messages.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing messages, we may still send service-related messages, such as purchase confirmations, account notices, refund updates, security alerts, policy updates, or support responses.

TourWhisper may include family-friendly content or experience styles that are helpful for younger visitors. However, TourWhisper is not intended for children under 13 to use without a parent or guardian.

TourWhisper is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, accuracy, availability, pricing, or actions of third-party services.
